Greatest Hits enters album charts in Austria, Iceland and Sweden + More GN'R on Swedish tv + November Rain the #7 video of all time in Q magazine + Duff & Slash on Virgin Radio
Greatest Hits entered the album charts in Austria and Iceland at #1. In Sweden it debuted at #3.

So far the album has been #1 in Austria, Iceland, Ireland and Norway. #2 in the UK, #3 in Sweden and Switzerland, #4 in Germany, #6 in Finland and #17 in The Netherlands.

In addition to the GN'R programs on Sweden's ZTV (see yesterday's news article), the music show Studio Pop on SVT2 will have a segment about GN'R this Monday:

Monday 29/3
21:30 Studio pop
Vi träffar resterna av det sista stora rockbandet Guns n Roses. In English, "We meet the remains of the last big rockband, Guns N' Roses".

November Rain was #7 on Q Magazine's list of the 50 Best Videos Ever:

7 Guns N' Roses
November Rain [1992]
Hair metal soap opera.
Plot: With Axl Rose putting in a good performance as the groom to supermodel and real-life squeeze Stephanie Seymour's bride, the wedding day is ruined by that pesky November Rain and the untimely death of Rose's wife. Nevertheless, it's Slash who steals the show, standing iconically in a dust storm curling out those trademark riffs.

Behind The Scenes: The plot comes from a short story called Without You by Del James.

The video for Johnny Cash's version of "Hurt" was #1.

Duff and Slash are going to be on Virgin Radio 105.8FM (in England) on Sunday at 6pm. They are going to play old tracks and supposed to talk about Contraband, Axl, Chinese Democracy and their days in GN'R.
