New album in June? GN'R in Argentina? + more
Axl gave an interview while he was in Chile. He said that a new single would be released in the spring and that the album should be out around June.

The album will feature Buckethead and Brian May playing guitar on some tracks. Also, Josh Freese will be drumming on some tracks. Most of the tracks feature the touring band.

Ozzfest's Main Stage lineup has been confirmed and GN'R wasn't on the list.

According to the Argentinian newspaper, Clarin, GN'R will be playing at the Buenos Aires Hot Festival in November.

Axl was mentioned in an Everclear article:

"I am not a rock star," Alexakis insists.

Perhaps. But, if true, Alexakis’s protest opens up a question: Who, exactly, is a rock star? Perhaps there have just been too many Axl Roses and Noel Gallaghers in recent years for us to grant the title "rock star" the respect and grace it once commanded.
