  • Many of the songs were written before the band recorded "Appetite For Destruction".
  • The band thought of calling the album GN'R Sucks or BUY Product.
  • UK chart peak #1.
  • US chart peak #1.
  • Includes the US Top 40 single "You Could Be Mine" (#29).
  • Grammy nominated for Best Hard Rock Performance.
  • The album was originally going to be mixed by Bob Clearmountain.
