First week US sales of Greatest Hits + The album on the Hungarian chart + RIR4 articles
GUNS N' ROSES have sold 169,203 copies of their "Greatest Hits" CD during its first week of release to enter The Billboard 200 chart at No. 3.

According to www.hitsdailydouble.com, the number is 172,423 copies sold.

Guns N' Roses' "Greatest Hits" (Geffen) bows at No. 3 with 169,000 copies. Original members Axl Rose, Slash and Duff McKagan filed a lawsuit to block the album, claiming they had no input in the project and the company had no right to remix their songs. But a judge denied their request for an injunction to stop the release.
